1. GENERAL INFORMATION
1.1 If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of receipt and in 'as new' condition (re-saleable, unworn, unsoiled condition) for a refund or like-for-like exchange (availability dependent due to limited edition nature of some of the products).
1.2 Returns are only accepted for products purchased directly from www.helzt.com, if you have purchased from a third party or retail partner they must arrange your return or exchange.
1.3 If on receipt of your product, you are uncertain about your purchase please keep your product in the original packaging until you have decided whether or not you wish to keep it. All returns should be in ‘as new’ condition, both unwashed, unworn and scent neutral.
1.4 When returning items to HELZT AS, please ensure the product is well packaged and protected from damage in transit.
1.5 Gifted products can only be refunded to the original purchaser or a credit note can be provided to the gift recipient. Gift exchanges will show on the order history of the original purchaser.
2 RETURN PRODUCTS
2.1 If you would like to make an exchange on your purchase please follow the steps in the section ‘How to make a return’. Exchanges can be made on a like-for-like basis, this means a different size or colour of the same product free of charge. If you would like a different product, please use the same process to return the item for a refund and place a new order. (please make a comment in the comment section about your wish)
2.2 Are returns free of charge? - For a product return only, there is a fee of 39 NOK, which will be charged from your order.
2.3 Where is my return slip? - Please use our link below to register your returns or changes.
2.4 I only want to change size - Please use same link as the return and write your wish in the comment section
2.5 Normal processing time for returns is 7-10 work days.
3. FAULTY GOODS
3.1 HELZT is committed to produce excellence and stands behind the quality of the products it produces, unfortunately, from time-to-time manufacturing faults can and do occur. If you think your product has a suffered a manufacturing fault please contact us. Items that are damaged as a result of excessive or long term usage are not considered faulty. Faulty goods is not to be consider as part of your "14 day return right". Customers encountering faulty goods will always have the right to make a claim if the product is proven damaged because of production errors. Each case is individually checked with our factories if needed.
4.1 We normally dispatch within 1 business day. The customer will be notified of the dispatch date. Any date or time period for delivery will be considered as indicative only and does not form any part of a guarantee. The customer will be informed of any products not available at the time of their order and will be sent to the customer, as soon as possible, when received from our suppliers. We cannot be held responsible for losses or inconveniences caused as a result of delays in deliveries by us or our suppliers. All products are sent by courier of our choice. We reserve the right to deliver only to the address of the person who is the holder of the credit or debit card used to purchase the products.Our courier’s records of any delivery, whether signed for or not, are considered definitive. On delivery of the goods the purchaser of the goods becomes responsible for any losses or damages arising as a result of their use, however they may arise.
5.1 We accept major credit or debit cards as listed on the site.
5.2 If buying products with Klarna "Pay Later" relevant terms and conditions are governed by Klarna.(https://www.klarna.com/no/vilkar/)

6. HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
6.1 Use the "MAKE A RETURN" link below and login to your account.
6.2 Please send your garment, unused in its original packaging, along with a note detailing your name or order number and return/refund requirements to the following address: HELZT AS, POSTVEIEN 161, 4307 SANDNES NORWAY
6. 3 If you for some reason need to send back your garment within the open return period. Please contact us for a return slip for postage (Only prepaid returns for Norwegian customers).
6.4 Please ensure that you dispatch your return with enough carriage for the item and that it is sent either tracked or signed for with proof of postage. HELZT AS are not responsible for and are not liable for, any items lost in transit. All carrier choice is at your own risk, we can not take responsibility for loss or damage caused by independent carriers.

8. GOVERNING LAW
Your use of this site and any purchase by you on this site of any products will be governed by Norwegian Law and will be deemed to have occurred in Norway.
Your statutory customer rights are not affected.
9. CONFLICT RESOLUTION
Complaints are addressed to the seller within a reasonable time. The parties shall attempt to resolve any disputes amicably. If this is not successful, the buyer can contact the Consumer Council for further advise. The Consumer Council is available on phone +(47)23 400 500 or www.forbrukerradet.no
*At this time, we do not offer free gift returns or exchanges and are unable to provide prepaid return shipping labels. International customers are responsible for all shipping costs to and from our facility. All exchanges are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to provide a refund in place of an exchange in all circumstances.
